Chloe Likes To Eat

This has been my snack of choice for the weekend of late. At the weekend, we eat dinner, but other mealtimes tend to go out of the window as we all three of us like to try and get a couple of decent lay ins in. Subsequently my snacks are a bit more substantial. I like to think of it as brain food, as the weekends is when I glue myself to the books.



Seeing as nobody objected strongly, I'll continue to add recipe details where I can to these posts... which in this case may be simple but also comprises the description of my snack:

1 chopped apple- I used a Braeburn, any eating apple will do.
Add a handful of raisins or dried fruit of preference- I also love dried fruit and nut mixes for even more texture
A decent spoonful of Greek Yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey to taste mixed through should complete the snack of my personal dreams.

The mug is Lemon, Ginger and Cardamom tea. Another favourite, a move to try and keep my caffeine intake down and also good (apparently) for nausea which I've been suffering with as a side effect of some new drugs.
